Back orders / Items on Back order
Sometimes an item can be on back-order due to insufficient inventory levels. You will have the choice to wait for the “back order date”, have a refund issued, receive store credit, or choose a different color for that item. If an item is expected to be on back order for 29 days or more we will automatically refund that item. If your order has multiple items and 1 or more items are on a “back order” status; we will ship all available items after processing the order in a timely fashion. Please note that if you choose to wait for an item on “back order”; once it becomes available we will ship that item(s) via Economy shipping. If you select a different style or color as a replacement to an item on “back order” this item will ship via standard shipping regardless of original shipping method selected.

Cancellations
We offer a 6 hour grace period to cancel your order on most shipments. If your order is expedited, you may not cancel as the order normally ships within 1 hour during normal business hours.

Refusals
Refused shipments will incur a 30% restocking fee plus any freight charges accrued as a result of the refusal shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Kry will not incur the above mentioned fees. Orders which have been opened, worn, or used will be returned to customer at their expense.

Credit Card Charge-backs/Disputes/Order Charge Policy
If you feel that you have somehow been billed incorrectly or there was a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first. We take theft of our merchandise very seriously.Upon placement of your order the credit card on file will be charged immediately so that we may begin to process your order. Occasionally, an item may not be available and you will receive notice as soon as possible. If you would like to wait for the back ordered item to return to stock and go on “back order status” then the original transaction will not be refunded and will ship when available. If you would prefer to not have your credit card remain debited while you await the arrival of the desired stock, please contact us and we will refund your order in full. A new order would need to be placed when the stock arrives.

Cookie Policy

We use a technology called “cookies” as part of a normal business procedure. Cookies are small text files that are created by a web server and stored on your computer when you visit a website. They don’t do anything i.e. they are not executable code and can only be read by (you and) the website that created them. You can view and edit the cookies on your computer like any other text file using a text editor (the contents are usually just strings of unique identifiers and date/timestamps). The website that created the cookie can read the contents when you are at their website.

Cookies are widely used across the internet: you may have hundreds of cookies on your computer at any one time. Each browser has its own set of cookies so, if you run multiple browsers, you will have multiple sets of cookies on your computer.

Many websites use cookies to improve your browsing experience e.g. remember your log-in details, record which items you have selected to purchase, or even tailor what content is displayed depending on your preferences. Cookies can also be used to record ‘analytics’ data i.e. which web pages you visit, whether or not you arrived at the web page by clicking on an advertisement or an affiliated website. Many websites find the collection of analytics data valuable in improving the quality and content of their web sites.

In the past, cookies have had some bad press. Much was due to a general misunderstanding of what cookies are and how they work but some was due to justifiable privacy concerns relating to 3rd party tracking cookies. These cookies are used by advertising websites and track a web user across multiple sites. The good news is that all modern browsers allow you to easily block 3rd party cookies.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

Collecting analytics: We like to improve our website however possible, we monitor our users when browsing our website so that we can improve the site where possible based on user behaviour. Any analytic cookies you receive from our website are from Google Analytics, which is the tracking application that we use.

We may share data with third party services to ensure the usability and successful functioning of our website. If you’d like to request a full list of the third party services that may leave a cookie on your device when browsing our website, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you further.

All the major browsers allow you to block cookies and delete those that have already been created on your computer, usually within the ‘Tools’ section of the browser. These tools allow you to specify which cookies you will accept by type and often by specific websites using an exception list e.g. you can block all cookies and then list the website from which you will accept cookies. There are also a wide choice of browser add-ins that you can install if you wish greater control over persistent cookies.
